Our very own Richard Storer who owns Cheshire Cycling Training runs every Wednesday Night for 1 hour cycling specific indoor spinning. Richards sessions run from November to March. Every 6 weeks an FTP test will be performed in the way of the "Ramp Test" Which is resistance increments every 30 secs until you can turn no more. These vital stats will help you get the best out of the data on your bike. Over which time you'll see a marked improvement on your winter fitness as we come into spring. These sessions are a great way of building a base line in time for your seasons goals.
